This diagram represents a conversation and issues roadmap used during a final sales-employment interview. In this view, all of the areas for discussion were represented as equally important. In the next view, key areas for discussion were highlighted and became the focus of the negotiation.

We’re told that these diagrams were especially well received by the prospective employer and, as a result, their typical hiring process was shortened by more than six weeks.
