Thanks again for visiting the mindServe website. We sincerely hope you've enjoyed the experience, that you've found what you're been looking for, and will consider joining us again soon.
Often, over our development cycle, we've been asked for details about the site and the tools we've used during its construction. Aside from a fair amount of specialized hand coding, we've authored it in a variety of common tools such as Macromedia's Dreamweaver MX®, Flash MX®, Fireworks MX®, Adobe Photoshop 7®, SnagIt 7, Microsoft Word and Excel 2003 ®, and from within Inspiration® itself.
In fact, we found Inspiration® to be particularly useful in developing the plan for the site design and refining it along the way. Inspiration® was the primary tool used to create the Information Architecture and for building the site index and the diagrams used in the Education, Higher Ed, and Business and Professional sections. |

Be sure to check out my example of the architecture in the User Submitted Examples. You may also want to visit the site diagrams. Originally created in Inspiration (and with a little help from Flash), these diagrams are fully functional as navigation engines using your back button. In fact, the site diagram for Higher Ed is the most complicated Flash output we've ever attempted. It seems to work just fine. Be sure to let me know what you think?
mindservegroup.com has been created primarily for online viewing. We’ve paid particular attention to optimizing it for the best possible view regardless of your operating system or browser configuration. However, we have tested it extensively for compatibility to Internet Explorer 5.5 (and higher) and Netscape 6.x (and higher) and FireFox 1.0. Currently, we recommend a minimum screen resolution of 800x600, but the site has been optimized to play in 1024x768 and much higher resolutions as well.
While we have taken every opportunity to have your visit to our site to be trouble free, we hope you’ll take a moment to tell us of any navigation or site issues you experience and to make any recommendations you feel would be helpful for improving the site. 1. Many of the downloads are in PDF format from Adobe Acrobat. You need to have Acrobat installed to see these files. Typically the download process may take a few moments to complete. Additionally, Adobe will sometimes check with its servers to determine if you have the latest version of the Reader installed and it may even ask to update your version of Acrobat reader. While this update of Acrobat may typically take a few moments to complete, you may find the added features of the newer versions are worth the wait. |

2. While the site is authored to become three separate areas for Education, Higher Ed, and for Business and Professional Use, we’ve placed a link in the bottom of each page that can take you from one side to the other. |

3. Each of the diagrams can be expanded for a closer view. We decided to arrange them in a scrolling window to minimize the loading time for you, our users. Feel free to print any of the diagrams you’d like to review without scrolling. These images, once expanded, can also be easily pasted directly into Word, PowerPoint or even Outlook in HTML or Rich Text format. |
Our Store and Shopping Cart features using PHP and MySQL database. Our online store’s Check Out area encrypts all information sent using a (SSL) Secure Socket Layer (128 bit encryption) an industry standard for trouble-free private transactions. Working with the mindServegroup has been a pleasure and it's been complicated. Authoring the various dimensions of their site has been a very special experience for me.
