Mr. Jerr offers a fascinating "mix" in almost every aspect of his career and lifestyle.
He is at once amiable, but quite opinionated; self-deprecating, but nearly puffy to a fault. He is also a leading industry prognosticator, a thirty-year pioneer in human performance, financial services, sales force automation, training, knowledge management, and (of course) the patriarch of the mindServeGroup.
A typical day in life of Mr. Jerr is framed by ardent informational backpacking, relentless blogging, blazing "idea mapping", and, to no surprise, large amounts of coffee. He's also affectionately known as the most flagrant of 'tweakers.'
At the same time, his colleagues would report that, beyond his propensity for high-brow, transformational thinking..(this is serious) he could easily be described as the 'anti-techno-geezer', deftly wielding and evangelizing the latest tools and technology throughout his workday!

In his senior role since the inception of MindServe, Jerry has served as the prime authority in the conceptualization, design and development of gaspworthy customer support for mindServeGroup's product line.
With his broad experience as a vendor, client and a development partner in the training industry, Jerry brings to MindServe a hugely successful lineage in high-level project management, simulation and learning design consulting, enterprise sales development, strategic partnership management, and process innovation spanning a who's who of Fortune 100 corporations.
Along with his Certified Performance Technologist designation from ISPI & ASTD, Jerry holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN, is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, and the International Society for Performance Improvement.
With his wife and grown-up children in Schererville, IN, Mr. Jerr is well known in the region for his work with dozens of trade associations in the learning and financial services industries, as well as his bungee-jumping and hang-gliding activities.
