This diagram was created a just a few minutes before the start of a JAD (Joint Application Development) Session related to a Fortune 500 enterprise automation project.

Printed and passed out during the session, open windows (far right) drew participants into the discussion and gave them a stake in the outcome.

Use open windows (blank symbols) often in communications to stir a sense of collaboration and a shared outcome.
